In today’s “information age” you have a reason to be concerned about your privacy. Stateside Sounds, Inc. (“SSI”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Please note that this Privacy Policy covers www.statesidesounds.com only and does not extend to any third party sites even if you access such sites from a link on our site.
At www.statesidesounds.com you can order products or services, request information, register for our newsletter, or update your personal information. The types of personal information you might provide to us include name, address, phone number, e-mail address, user IDs and passwords, billing and transaction information, credit card information, and contact preferences.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but us. This security measure is working when you see either the symbol of an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) on the bottom of your browser window.
Credit card numbers are used only for processing payment and are not used for other purposes. SSI does not store your credit card information. If you have subscribed to SSI’s services on a “pay as you go” basis, your credit card information is retained only by our payment gateway, authorize.net. Authorize.net is one of the largest and most trusted payment gateways, and it retains credit card information in an encrypted format.
If there are updates to the terms of SSI's Privacy Policy, we will post those changes and update the revision date in this document. We will notify existing registered customers by email should we make any material changes to this Policy.
